2/21/2009 ~~ Winter Racing Circuit - 10k

Today was the 10k race. It started at the Dee Events Center and went up and around WSU on Country Hills Drive and over to Polk Elementary School. Then we came back. Mile 5 was all uphill going back to the Dee Events Center. It was fun, except for that major hill!

Pace = 9:22

2/7/2009 ~~ Winter Racing Circuit - 5k

So, today was the 5k race. I obviously didn't make it because I was celebrating my 7 year anniversary with Ashlee. I did do a 4 mile run though. It was pretty tough, because I haven't been running in so long. No more excuses...here are the results.
