This was the first Layton Marathon. I ran with my sister, Heather, from California. It was fun to start running in the dark. We eventually saw the buffalo on the island. The causeway was LONG and FLAT! I really enjoyed running past my neighborhood. Thanks to those who cheered us on! It was a great boost to get us to the finish line.
