2/26/16 - 3/25/16 ~ Crossfit Games Open 2016

I didn't register for the Crossfit Open Games this year.  But....
I still completed the workouts through the programming at Wasatch Crossfit each Friday.
Below are my results (with respective scaling).

Workout 16.1 - February 26th, 2016 - 135 reps (5 rounds + 5 reps)
Rx’d (I just scaled to Women's weight, since I could do CTB pull-ups)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Workout 16.2  - March 4th, 2016 - 85 reps
Rx’d (I just scaled to Women's weight, since I could do T2B's and Double Unders)
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.

Workout 16.3 - March 11th, 2016 - 48 reps (3 rounds + 9 reps)
Rx’d (I just scaled the BMU's with a green and red band)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups
Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Workout 16.4 - March 18th, 2016 - 185 reps
Men's Scaled
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts (Rx was 225#)
55 wall-ball shots
55-calorie row
55 hand release push-ups (Rx was HSPU's)
Men deadlift 135 lb. and throw 20-lb. ball to 9-ft. target
Women deadlift 95 lb. and throw 10-lb. ball to 9-ft. target


Workout 16.5 - March 25th, 2016 - 26:04 (4:49 PR from 14.5)
Rx’d
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Thrusters
Burpees
Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
